Prices/Availability - 2006/2007
All rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday occupation, visitors are requested to arrive after 3pm and to leave the property by 11am on the day of departure.  The prices listed are for the apartment not per person.

The prices in the table below show the date of arrival and are inclusive of Water, Electricity, Heating and local taxes. Please check availability before contacting us.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% will be taken.  8 weeks prior to your holiday, the outstanding balance is payable.  On arrival, a bond of €230/£150 (by French or English personal cheque only) will be taken by our local correspondent, but not banked.  Visitors are asked to clean the apartment and leave it as they found it.  The apartment is checked between lettings following which, the bond is given back to the client less any breakages or necessary cleaning.

Rental payments are accepted by personal check or direct bank transfer.

Cancellation charges 

  • 1-21 days before 1st day of letting, 90%
  • 21-48 days before 1st day of letting, 60%
  • More than 49 days before 1st day of letting, 45%
